The Decision Design Lab
The Decision Design Lab is a structured six-week engagement for higher education professionals navigating a stay-or-go decision. It is designed to help you think clearly about a complex professional choice—one that carries implications for your work, identity, relationships, and long-term direction.
Using the Decision Design Framework, we clarify what is truly at stake, separate the overlapping concerns that often travel together, and test assumptions through strategic experimentation. At the same time, we build the internal capacity required to make—and stand by—a decision that may not have a single “right” answer.
You will leave the Lab with a defined direction, a strategic next-step plan, and the clarity to move forward without ongoing second-guessing.
This work is particularly well-suited for professionals who are not in crisis, but in question—those who have built something meaningful and are now discerning whether to expand, pivot, or step away with intention.
The LinkedIn Doulas
For clients who want support translating their decision into a clear professional presence and narrative, I co-lead The LinkedIn Doulas with my collaborator, Nancy Zare, PhD.
Together, we lead the LinkedIn With Intention community, a collaborative space focused on LinkedIn strategy, visibility, and aligned self-expression.
