Decision Design

A Little About Myself
I spent more than two decades inside higher education as a Career Professional in a highly ranked business school — advising students, building programs, navigating institutional complexity, and being very good at helping other people figure out what to do with their professional lives.
And then I arrived at the question myself.
I wasn't miserable. That was part of what made it so difficult. I had built something real. I had standing, a team, students I cared about with the kind of devotion that doesn't diminish over time. And I had a pension growing quietly in the background, offering a reasonable argument for staying put.
What I didn't have was a way to think about it that didn't collapse into the same exhausting loop.
What I eventually understood is that I didn't have a feelings problem. I had a design problem. I was trying to resolve something structural with something emotional, and no amount of reflection was going to bridge that gap. Once I found the right methodology, the decision became possible. Not easy — possible.
That is the work I now do with other women.
I am a Certified Designing Your Life Coach. I integrate those principles with the Decision Design Framework — a structured process of orienting, designing, integrating, and embodying your next professional chapter.
My work is grounded in the understanding that the stay-or-go question is not a résumé problem and not a feelings problem. It is a decision architecture problem, and it requires a design process, not a pep talk.
The goal is not a better job title or a cleaner narrative. It is a sovereign professional identity — and a decision you love your reasons for choosing.
This work is lived, not theoretical. I walked the territory. I know what it costs to carry the question, and I know what becomes possible when you stop carrying it alone.
If you are at that threshold and ready to design what comes next, I would like to work with you.
